These terms govern your purchase and use of Lead Vendor Secrets. By purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

Membership and billing

Founding Member access is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout. Stripe processes payment. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file. Applicable taxes may be added.

Cancellation

You may cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Educational purpose

The materials are provided for education and general information. They are not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Advertising platforms, market conditions, costs, conversion rates, and business outcomes vary. You are responsible for your decisions, compliance, budgets, and implementation.

No earnings guarantee

Examples, testimonials, and member screenshots illustrate individual experiences only. They do not promise or guarantee revenue, sales, leads, appointments, profitability, or any specific result. Your outcomes depend on factors including your market, offer, skill, effort, budget, timing, and execution.

Account and content use

Your membership is for your individual or authorized business use. You may not share login access, resell the training materials, reproduce substantial portions, distribute downloads, scrape the course, or use the content to create a competing copy without written permission. You retain ownership of the brands, campaigns, and business assets you create.

Acceptable use

You agree to comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, privacy requirements, consent standards, and third-party platform terms. You may not use the materials to facilitate deceptive, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing activity.

Availability and changes

We may add, update, reorganize, lock, unlock, replace, or remove training and resources as the program develops. We may suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or a material violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Vendor Secrets and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the program. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the program during the three months preceding the claim.
